Return & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any plan or predictor on our website.

Important

We do not offer returns or refunds on completed purchases. Access to digital products and counselling is granted immediately after successful payment.

Policy overview

JEE WITH AJAY ("we", "us", "our") sells digital counselling services, college predictor tools, and related educational products through jeewithajay.com.

All purchases on this website are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds except where explicitly stated in this policy or required under applicable Indian law.

No refunds & no returns

Once payment is successfully completed and access is granted (including predictor login, dashboard access, WhatsApp group links, or downloadable outputs), the sale cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded for change of mind, wrong rank entry, unused sessions, partial use, or dissatisfaction with results.

Predictor outputs are generated from official cutoff data and your inputs. Results are advisory in nature; we do not guarantee admission to any college or branch.

  • No refund if you purchased the wrong plan or predictor by mistake
  • No refund after predictor tokens are used or reports are downloaded
  • No refund after joining a counselling WhatsApp group or receiving access credentials
  • No refund for expired access after the validity period ends

Digital products & instant access

Our products are delivered digitally and activated immediately after successful payment verification. By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you receive instant access to a non-tangible digital service and waive any cooling-off rights that may not apply to such services under law.

College predictor plans

MHT-CET predictor purchases include a fixed number of prediction runs (as shown on the product page at the time of purchase). Each "Generate Top 300" action consumes one run.

  • Used or partially used prediction quotas are non-refundable
  • Sharing account access or misuse of tokens does not qualify for a refund
  • Technical issues on our side (see below) are handled separately from refund requests

Counselling & mentorship plans

Counselling plans provide guided support, resources, and community access as described on the plan page. Fees cover mentorship time, strategy, and operational costs—not guaranteed admission outcomes.

  • No refund after WhatsApp or support access is shared
  • No refund if you do not attend sessions or do not use provided materials
  • Plan upgrades or downgrades are not available unless we announce them in writing

Failed payments & duplicate charges

If money is debited but order confirmation fails, do not place a second payment immediately. Email us with your registered name, email, phone number, payment date, and Razorpay/payment reference within 48 hours.

Verified duplicate payments for the same product may be adjusted as a credit or reversal at Duplicate payments for the same product may be adjusted as store credit, which is valid for three months from the date of issue. This is not a general refund policy.

Chargebacks & disputes

Raising a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in permanent suspension of your account and access. Please reach out to resolve genuine payment errors before disputing with your bank.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
